Brent J. Rubin was raised in small town Saskatchewan and at a very early age developed an interest in film making. His desire to tell stories through this medium grew increasingly stronger over the years. While working as a projectionist at the local movie theatre, he discovered he had a strong passion for working with film and splicing it together to create the final product. This grew into a strong interest in Editing. Brent moved to Vancouver, BC to attend film school and while there had the opportunity to work as Editor on numerous student films. He gained the knowledge to seek out the career in post production that he desired. Brent is currently working on numerous projects. Most recently he's with Best Entertainment where he has worked as Editor on the national television show The New Driver's Seat while also assisting on such shows as the Canadian Rally Championship, and Wings Over Canada. He is currently editing season two of the travel series Discovering Great Towns. Brent has also recently completed work cutting an independent feature film due out later this year.
